She was the epitome of love, compassion, and devotion, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Darwee and Horace, her high school sweetheart, waltzed through life hand in hand, weaving a love story that spanned 54 beautiful years. Their union stood as a shining testament to the enduring power of love and commitment.

A dedicated mother to John and Gayle, Darwee's nurturing spirit knew no bounds. Her love extended to her four grandchild­ren and two great-grandchild­ren, affectiona­tely known as "Nana" to them, bringing joy and warmth to multiple generation­s of the Costanza family.

Kind-hearted, humorous, and nurturing, Darwee possessed a remarkable talent for bringing joy to everyone she encountere­d. Her steadfast devotion to the Catholic tradition served as a guiding light, offering strength and comfort in both moments of happiness and sorrow.

Darwee also took immense pride in her Irish heritage, she joyously shared these cultural treasures with her family and friends. Actively involved in community service, Darwee selflessly dedicated her time and efforts to organizati­ons such as the Lady Lions Club, The Boys and Girls Club and Saint Catherine’s school.

Through her unwavering commitment, she left an indelible mark on the lives of those she served, embodying the spirit of generosity and making a positive impact that will be remembered fondly. The legacy of Darwee lives on through the countless lives she touched, and the memory of her will forever be cherished by those privileged to know her.
