She also perfected her English in this role. Did I mention she is 60+ and had never worked in the printing industry before! She has worked hard to become a great CSR in her few years with us. She has studied hard to become an expert in file issues, prepress, proofs, paper types, lead times, customer relations, and more! Anyone who can learn this job, a new language in a foreign country and is over 60 definitely deserves an award!"
