Anakarem Robles re­ported a ve­hi­cle break-in at Pi­lot Travel Cen­ter on Al­coa Road.

1:22 p.m.

Aamie Palmer, 34, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Au­gusta Drive and charged with DWI and en­dan­ger­ing the wel­fare of a mi­nor.

1:49 p.m.

Ju­lian Green, an em­ployee at Wal­mart, re­ported a shoplift­ing in­ci­dent.

5:01 p.m.

Judy Roberts, 55, re­ceived a ci­ta­tion at Home De­pot for theft of prop­erty.

6:35 p.m.

Telsa Mor­ris, 28, of West Smith Street, re­ported an air con­di­tion­ing unit and mi­crowave were stolen.

Madis­son Matthi­son re­ported a cell­phone was stolen at Texas Road­house.

Sara Jes­tice came to the Ben­ton Po­lice Depart­ment to re­port a per­son vi­o­lated a pro­tec­tion or­der.

Chyristina Dren­nan re­ported a home on North Sum­mit Road was van­dal­ized.

Sophia Rhea, of Hope Lane, re­ported var­i­ous items were stolen.

An­gela Miller, 24, was ar­rested on Heights Road and charged with theft of prop­erty, re­fusal to sub­mit to ar­rest, dis­or­derly con­duct, pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion and two counts of crim­i­nal at­tempt to com­mit bur­glary.

8:03 p.m.

Luis Perez, 29, was ar­rested on Arkansas 5 and charged with DWI.

9:50 p.m.

Ter­rial Hamp­ton, 42, was ar­rested on West South Street and charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, dis­or­derly con­duct and pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion.

8:10 a.m.

Jessie San­der, 37, was ar­rested on In­ter­state 30 and charged with crim­i­nal use of a pro­hib­ited weapon.

9:18 a.m.

Philip Ho­gan, of Fawn Drive, re­ported a per­son fraud­u­lently open in­vest­ment ac­counts us­ing his per­sonal in­for­ma­tion.

1:51 p.m.

Shannon Moss, an em­ployee at Big Red Valero on Mil­i­tary Road, re­ported a cus­tomer at­tempted to pur­chase items with a coun­ter­feit $20 bill.

Of­fi­cers re­sponded to a dis­tur­bance at Texas Road­house.

Charles Ro­driguez, of Sum­mer­wood Drive, re­ported his daugh­ter’s bi­cy­cle was stolen.

Ni­cholas Derby, of Wat­son Place, re­ported two win­dows at his res­i­dence were dam­aged.

Randy Ables, 49, re­ceived a ci­ta­tion on Al­coa Road for as­sault on a fam­ily or house­hold mem­ber.

8:12 p.m.

Joseph Lester, 31, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested at Ap­ple­bee’s Neigh­bor­hood Bar and Grill and charged with two counts of ag­gra­vated as­sault and dis­or­derly con­duct. In con­nec­tion with a sep­a­rate in­ci­dent, Lester was also charged with pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion.

11:07 p.m.

Stephen Rol­lans, 36, and Brenda Tahiri-ab­de­laty, 65, both of Ben­ton, were ar­rested on Rose­wood Drive and charged with do­mes­tic bat­tery.

6:45 a.m.

Jonathan Phillips, of Arch Street, re­ported a tool bag were stolen.

9:44 a.m.

Mon­ica Sul­li­van, 57, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Arkansas 5 and charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia and two counts of pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance.

1:10 p.m.

Jacky Adams, of Bird Street, re­ported a bar­be­cue grill was stolen.

1:25 p.m.

Vic­to­ria Jor­dan, of Longhills Drive, re­ported she was the vic­tim of a scam.

5:07 p.m.

Joetta Weaver, of Arkansas 5, re­ported she was the vic­tim of a scam.

Lind­sey Nevels, of Chapel Creek Drive, re­ported her debit card was stolen.

Michael Bock, 55, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Arkansas 5 and charged with do­mes­tic bat­tery and pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion.

Jeremy Trickey, 48, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Mil­i­tary Road and charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault, ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing and pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion.

7:49 p.m.

James Deaton, 61, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on In­ter­state 30 and charged with do­mes­tic bat­tery.

Ray­mond Buff­in­g­ton, 29, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on River Street and charged with theft by re­ceiv­ing and care­less and pro­hib­ited driv­ing.

Court­ney Carr, a man­ager at Dol­lar Gen­eral on Congo Road, re­ported a shoplift­ing in­ci­dent.

7:55 p.m.

Sherry Toohey, of Belleville, re­ported a 1995 Jeep was stolen.

Cur­tis Carter, 19, of Haskell, was ar­rested on St. Fran­cis Cove and charged with two counts of break­ing or en­ter­ing, two counts of theft of prop­erty, con­tribut­ing to the delin­quency of a mi­nor and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia.

7:25 a.m.

Kirby Gocke, 39, of Alexan­der, was ar­rested on Arkansas 5 and charged with DWI, pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and fail­ure to sig­nal.

11:32 a.m.

Ben­ton of­fi­cers re­sponded to Trin­ity Bap­tist Church af­ter a ve­hi­cle that had been re­ported stolen was lo­cated.

6:20 p.m.

Ja­son Davis, 38, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Reed Street and charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault on a fam­ily or house­hold mem­ber and ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing.

7:19 p.m.

Ruben Gudino, of Ben­ton, re­ported roof­ing sup­plies were stolen.

7:38 p.m.

Ju­lian Green, an em­ployee at Wal­mart, re­ported a shoplift­ing in­ci­dent.

Bran­don Reese, of La­timer Drive, re­ported an all-ter­rain ve­hi­cle was stolen.

Two em­ploy­ees at Smith Cald­well Drug Store re­ported an in­di­vid­ual re­ceived med­i­ca­tion us­ing a fraud­u­lent pre­scrip­tion.

Christo­pher Daw­son, of Den­ton Street, re­ported his bank ac­count was used fraud­u­lently.

Kelsi Ball, of Nan­tucket Drive, re­ported a ve­hi­cle breakin.

Maria Cas­tro, an em­ployee with ATS Inc., re­ported light­en­ing stuck her ve­hi­cle caus­ing it to loose power.

Stormy West­brook, 27, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested at Fair­field Mar­riott Inn and charged with do­mes­tic bat­tery.

11:07 p.m.

Tammy Mcafee, of Con­way, re­ported her ve­hi­cle was dam­aged while it was parked at Gino’s Sports Grill.
