Mil­dred Marie Ox­en­rider

Mil­dred Marie Ox­en­rider, 88, of Ben­ton, went to be with the Lord on Tues­day, June 11. She loved her fam­ily and was de­voted to them. Mil­dred was an amaz­ing wife and mother. She had a great sense of hu­mor and loved visit­ing with every­one.

Mil­dred was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band of 62 years, Roy; an in­fant son, James Leroy; a daugh­ter, Tami Dee; her par­ents, Cor­bet and Velma Dod­son; a sis­ter, Earnes­tine (Bill) Mcginty; and a nephew, Wayne Mcginty.

She is sur­vived by two sis­ters, Rachel (Har­rell) Fer­gu­son and Wanda (Tommy) Wright. Mil­dred is also sur­vived by an ex­tended fam­ily, in­clud­ing many nieces, neph­ews, great­nieces and great-neph­ews.

A grave­side ser­vice will be held at 2 p.m. Fri­day, June 14, at Smith-rose­mont Ceme­tery. Bro. Kyle Fer­gu­son will be of­fi­ci­at­ing.
