Cotija Mex­i­can Grill in Ben­ton opened its doors nine months ago.

While em­ploy­ing 13, the restau­rant prides it­self on its made­from-scratch food, which in­cludes its most pop­u­lar street tacos, Ranchero spe­cial and the mol­ca­jete.

A re­cent cus­tomer posted the fol­low­ing re­view on the busi­ness’ Face­book page:

“Great mar­gar­i­tas, amaz­ing ser­vice, fun and fes­tive. Food was de­li­cious!! Such a great ad­di­tion to Haskell!! We will be back. Can’t wait to en­joy the pa­tio when it cools down.”

Cotija is lo­cated at 4754 U.S. 67 and is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sun­day through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fri­day and Satur­day.
