1:23 a.m. Dre’marco Floyd, 19, of Little Rock, was arrested on Alcoa Road and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. 2:03 a.m. Joshua Hanie, 30, of Benton, received a citation on Carter Street for domestic battery. 9:29 a.m. Lacey Taylor, 34, of Benton, was arrested at the Saline County Jail for aggravated assault and being named in active warrants. 11:03 a.m. Robert Tedford, of Watson Place, reported he was the victim of a scam. 12:55 p.m. Jessica Evans, 25, of Jacksonville, was arrested and charged with computer fraud and shoplifting in connection with an incident at Ulta Beauty. 3:06 p.m. Michael Parks reported a headstone was damaged at Hughes Cemetery on South Richards Street. 4:52 p.m. Rick Hobby, of Hobby Electric, reported a light fixture was damage at the Everett Ford construction site. 8:25 p.m. Christopher Pierce, of Hot Springs National Park, reported money was withdrawn from his bank account fraudulently. 11:56 p.m. Robart Youngblood, 31, of Bryant, was arrested on North Main Street and charged with DWI and driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway.
4:03 a.m. Forrest Montgomery, 20, of Benton, was arrested on Lincoln Road and charged with DWI and
possession of an open container containing alcohol in a motor vehicle. 8:26 a.m. Jessica Arellanes, of Arkansas 5, reported her vehicle was damaged. 2:01 p.m. Michael Parks reported he was assaulted at Hughes Cemetery on South Richard Street. 3:04 p.m. Nicole Hochreitero’neal, of Sunnyvale Road, reported her debit card was used fraudulently online. 7:50 p.m. Heidi Phillips, 22, of Benton, received a citation at Walmart for criminal trespassing.
9:07 a.m. Roger Tilley, of Cotswold Road, reported his bank account was used fraudulently. 10:03 a.m. Four people from Fort Smith reported their bank accounts were used fraudulently at an ATM at Hurricane Creek Federal Credit Union. 12:05 p.m. Jason Torres, 40, of Fort Smith, received citations at Walmart for public intoxication and shoplifting.
