1:23 a.m. Dre’marco Floyd, 19, of Lit­tle Rock, was ar­rested on Alcoa Road and charged with two counts of pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and three counts of pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. 2:03 a.m. Joshua Hanie, 30, of Ben­ton, re­ceived a ci­ta­tion on Carter Street for do­mes­tic bat­tery. 9:29 a.m. Lacey Tay­lor, 34, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested at the Saline County Jail for ag­gra­vated as­sault and be­ing named in ac­tive war­rants. 11:03 a.m. Robert Ted­ford, of Wat­son Place, re­ported he was the vic­tim of a scam. 12:55 p.m. Jes­sica Evans, 25, of Jack­sonville, was ar­rested and charged with com­puter fraud and shoplift­ing in con­nec­tion with an in­ci­dent at Ulta Beauty. 3:06 p.m. Michael Parks re­ported a head­stone was dam­aged at Hughes Ceme­tery on South Richards Street. 4:52 p.m. Rick Hobby, of Hobby Elec­tric, re­ported a light fix­ture was dam­age at the Everett Ford con­struc­tion site. 8:25 p.m. Christo­pher Pierce, of Hot Springs Na­tional Park, re­ported money was with­drawn from his bank ac­count fraud­u­lently. 11:56 p.m. Ro­bart Young­blood, 31, of Bryant, was ar­rested on North Main Street and charged with DWI and driv­ing the wrong way on a one-way road­way.

4:03 a.m. For­rest Mont­gomery, 20, of Ben­ton, was ar­rested on Lin­coln Road and charged with DWI and

pos­ses­sion of an open con­tainer con­tain­ing al­co­hol in a mo­tor ve­hi­cle. 8:26 a.m. Jes­sica Arel­lanes, of Arkansas 5, re­ported her ve­hi­cle was dam­aged. 2:01 p.m. Michael Parks re­ported he was as­saulted at Hughes Ceme­tery on South Richard Street. 3:04 p.m. Ni­cole Hochre­it­ero’neal, of Sun­ny­vale Road, re­ported her debit card was used fraud­u­lently on­line. 7:50 p.m. Heidi Phillips, 22, of Ben­ton, re­ceived a ci­ta­tion at Wal­mart for crim­i­nal tres­pass­ing.

Oct. 28

9:07 a.m. Roger Til­ley, of Cotswold Road, re­ported his bank ac­count was used fraud­u­lently. 10:03 a.m. Four peo­ple from Fort Smith re­ported their bank ac­counts were used fraud­u­lently at an ATM at Hur­ri­cane Creek Fed­eral Credit Union. 12:05 p.m. Ja­son Tor­res, 40, of Fort Smith, re­ceived ci­ta­tions at Wal­mart for pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion and shoplift­ing.
