THOMPSON - COLE WEDDING
Whitney Thompson of Magnolia, and Justin Cole of Junction City, were united in holy matrimony on Sept. 17, 2016 at Riverwood in Camden, with Bro. Bob Inmon officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Derek and Marie Hayes and Tommy and Nila Thompson, all of Magnolia. The groom is the son of Ralph and Melissa Cole of Junction City.
Whitney was given away by Marie and Derek Hayes and Tommy and Nila Thompson.
The bride wore a mermaid style dress with lace and a little sparkle. Her veil was elbow length with beading around the edges. Her bouquet was full of dahlia and vanilla colored Georgia roses wrapped with burlap and lace.
Morgan Harlon, cousin of the bride of Conway, was the maid of honor and Michelle Gardener, cousin of the bride of Lewisville, and Anna Richard, cousin of the groom of Junction City, were the bridesmaids.
The best man was Ralph Cole, father of the groom, and Mitchell Cole, brother of the groom, and Chris Eckhoff, best friend, all of Junction City, were the groomsmen.
The flower girl was Olivia Harlon. She is a cousin of the bride and her parents are Corbin and Morgan Harlon of Conway. Drake Phillips, cousin of the bride, and Mason Cole, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearers. Drake’s parents are Michelle and Damon Gardener of Lewisville. Mason’s parents are Mitchell and Lindsey Cole of Junction City.
Ushers included Damon Gardener, cousin of the bride of Lewisville, and Jordan Carnline, friend of Magnolia. The wedding and reception was DJ-ed by Michael Beebe.
Dinner and dancing followed the wedding ceremony at Riverwood.
The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents, Ralph and Melissa Cole on Sept. 16, at Riverwood.
The bride graduated from Magnolia High School in 2009, and is a retail banker at Farmer’s Bank and Trust. The groom graduated from Junction City High School in 2011, and is now a maintenance mechanic for El Dorado Chemical.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and are now residing in Junction City.
