Parkers Chapel School District is accepting sealed bids for the following:
• Wood from the cafeteria stage
•Curtains from cafeteria stage Items will be removed at the winning bidder’s expense. The winning bidder will be given access to the stage on Saturday, May 27th at 8am. Items must be removed by 4pm on the 27th. After 4pm, the stage area will be turned over to the renovation construction company to complete the demolition of the stage area. Remainder of stage area content will be discarded as trash.
Bids will be accepted until noon May 8th in the Parkers Chapel Administration building, 209 Parkers Chapel Rd., El Dorado, Arkansas. Bids should be in sealed envelope with name of bidder and bidder’s phone number on the outside of the envelope. Bids

will be opened at the Parkers Chapel School Board meeting. Winning bidder, once contacted, will have three days to pay the school district the amount of the bid. If winning bidder does not pay by deadline, a new winning bidder will be declared.
