Excitement on first week of youth hunt
Nothing makes me happier than to see Cooper smile and I had to smile double this weekend.
Cooper was successful on Saturday morning on his hunt and harvested a beautiful six-point buck.
I wasn't able to take him since I had to work but he was happy to go with his pappaw.
When I received that call and that picture of him holding his deer I was so happy and excited for my little hunting buddy.
He had told me so many times over the last couple of weeks that he couldn't wait for November 3rd.
I was so proud of him being able to place a perfect shot and recover the deer quickly. He is ready for the meat and ready to see the rack on his wall.
I also want to congratulate all of the successful youth harvests this weekend. We are still taking pictures as long as you send them in to us. Questions? Comments? Pictures? Send them to email@example.com.
