Mary Francis Turner Morgan, 90, of El Dorado, passed away, Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. today at Young’s Chapel with Rev. Benny Ward and Rev. Steve Pelz officiating. Burial will follow at McFarland Cemetery in Banks, AR under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Frazier was born on February 21,1967 in El Dorado, AR. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and was employed as a CNA. Survivors Husband: Anthony V. Buggs of Conway,AR. 6 Grandchildren
Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM Saturday December 08,2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Nash, TX with Speaker Bro. Ken Ellis under the direction of the Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
