CURTISHA BELL

Funeral services for Curtisha Bell, 37, will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Strong, Arkansas. Interment will immediatel­y follow at the Ebenezer Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 2-5:30 p.m. at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Farmervill­e. Services entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home.

Essie Pylot, 65, of El Dorado passed away on May 21,

2019.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Phillippia­n Church of God in Christ in Huttig. Burial will follow in the Batts Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 3 p.m. at the Miles Memorial Church of God in Christ in El Dorado.

JAMES WILLIAM ENIS

James William Enis, age 60 of El Dorado, AR, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.

He was born on July 20, 1958 in El Dorado to the late Mildred Ruth Kelly Enis and George James Enis. James formerly worked as an engineer for KATV Channel 10 before going to work for Raserco (Radio Service Co.), where he served as shop manager after 18 years of service. James was an avid Razorback and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed watching all football on TV but especially liked watching the Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys.

James was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: one brother, John Enis and wife, Darlene, of El Dorado; three nieces, Katie Mayden and husband, Nathan, of Joplin, Missouri, Lauren Enis of Minneapoli­s, Minnesota, and Stacey Hogan of Mena, Arkansas; three nephews, Shane Hogan of El Dorado, Arkansas, Jason Hogan of El Dorado, Arkansas, and Bryan Terry of Mena, Arkansas. James is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Bailey Funeral Home. Graveside services will immediatel­y follow at Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Cleje Blackwell officiatin­g. Burial will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado.

GLEN RAY OWENS, SR.

Glen Ray Owens, Sr., 77 of Junction City, AR, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at St. Francis Medical

Center in Monroe, LA.

Glen was born June 24, 1941 to the union of Ray Owens and Melba Holder Owens Lampkin.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Tim

Owens; and a grandson,

Adam Owens.

Glen was a carpenter and former owner and operator of Owens Constructi­on.

He was a 1959 graduate of Junction City High

School and a member of the

Hopewell Baptist Church, and loved to hunt and fish.

Survivors include his wife,

Patsy Nelson Owens; one daughter, Angela Dunn and husband Daxx; four sons, Wayne Owens and wife Lori, Michael Owens and wife Teresa, Barry Owens and wife Amy, and Glen Owens, Jr.; one brother, Don Owens; two sisters, Barbara Taylor and husband Larry, and Wanda Compton; seventeen grandchild­ren, Brandon, Bradley, Emily, Jay, Wade, Wes, Heather, Nikki, Dustin, Chase, Colton, Heath, Kalie, Alton, Jacob, Joshua and Ashley; and ten great grandchild­ren.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Junction City, AR, with the Rev. Jim Bynum officiatin­g.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church, 112 Myrtle St. Junction City, AR 71749.

JOHNNY D. WILLIAMS

Johnny D. Williams, 74, of Norphlet, AR, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019, at his home.

Johnny was born January 23, 1945 in Camden, AR, to the union of John Andrew Williams and Tommie Charlene Ball Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Gene Williams.

Johnny was a member of the Bible Baptist Church and the Local #706. He was a retired pipefitter and welder and was a veteran of the U.S.

Air Force, serving during the

Vietnam War as a sergeant.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susie Williams; one son, Johnny Paul

Williams and wife Heather, all of Norphlet, AR; his mother, Charlene Williams of El Dorado, AR; two sisters,

Regina Williams and husband J.D. of Norphlet, AR, and Suzy Griffin and husband Jimmy of Hampton, AR; four grandsons, Taylor Williams, Lane Williams, Ethan Winer and Eliah Winer.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28,2019, at the Bible Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. J.D. Weido officiatin­g. Interment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
