The SHARE Foundation announces a new vice president
The SHARE Foundation welcomes Richard A. Reeves as the new Vice President of Community Health, were he will oversee operations and the integration of services between HealthWorks Fitness Center, Interfaith Clinic and Community Wellness.
Richard comes to SHARE with over 15 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and Exercise Physiology, and holds a BS and MS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Southern Arkansas University, and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. He is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
“I believe Richard’s background in both healthcare administration and exercise science will be an asset to SHARE Foundation,” said Dr. Brian Jones, SHARE Foundation President.
Richard previously served as an Exercise Physiologist at HealthWorks Fitness Center in 2006 before moving on to implement and run the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at MCSA.
“Having worked in the El Dorado community for so long it’s like seeing your career come full circle. It’s like coming home and I look forward to catching up with former patients and friends,” Reeves said.
Richard is married to Tiffany and they have two children ages 15 and 11.
HealthWorks Fitness Center and Interfaith Clinic are both agencies of SHARE Foundation, a non-profit committed to the health and well being of Union county and the surrounding areas.
