BLANCHE MARIE WINBORN

Blanche Marie Winborn, 91, El Dorado, AR, died on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home. Born on August 25, 1929 in Caddo Mills, TX; she was the daughter of Claude and Lillie Maples Turner.

Graveside services by Young’s Funeral Directors will be at 10 am, today at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Eddie Sexton officiatin­g.

The family would like to thank the caregivers and friends that loved and cared for Blanche at Hudson Memorial, our true heroes.

BOBBIE REA MORRIS BUGGS

Bobbie Rea Morris Buggs was born November 13, 1952, to the proud parents Matthew Morris and Burnie Lee Ford (Morris). Bobbie married Dewrie Ray Buggs, Sr on October 2, 1970, and their union lasted for 30 years.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents Matthew and Burnie Lee Morris, sisters, Velma Hill and Bernestine Morris, and brother, Sandy Morris.

Left to cherish her memories her children, LaTonya Richmond (Chris), LaTrina Talley (Chris) and Dewrie Ray Buggs Jr. (Eugenia), Siblings, James Morris (Carolyn), Earnestine Johnson (William), Shirley Clarke (Duke), Willie Morris (Susan), Linda Morris- Parker (Bobby), Jacqueline Morris Nelson, and Angela Smith (Kenneth). Grandchild­ren, Rayshawn Buggs, Remondo Caver, DeAngelo Buggs, Maritza Caver- Blake (Maurice), Sharavion Caver, Ashanti Brown, Halle Buggs, Breshama Samuels, Devante Richmond, Reyna Buggs, Debra Buggs, Taliah Bullock, and David Buggs, 7 great-grandchild­ren and, a special friend Michael Freeman, and surrogate son, Demetrius Smith.

Public Visitation Wednesday, September 16, 2020, from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at Sims Mortuary, Funeral Service Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at First St. James M.B.C parking lot, Interment at Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary. BETTY JO HOOVER

Betty Jo Hoover, 90, of El Dorado passed away, Monday, September 14, 2020 at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home. She was born July 30, 1930 in Springhill, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Hyme Talley and Bessie Mae West, her brother, William Douglas Talley, and her husband, James Clyde Hoover.

Betty Jo was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, a homemaker, housewife, daycare owner, and “coolest” Mee-maw! She loved soap operas, fishing, and anything to do with children.

She is survived by three children, Susan Moreau (Jason) of Joplin, Missouri; Thomas Crow (Sandy) of Russellvil­le, Arkansas; and Mark Crow (Joe) of Grand Prairie, Texas; three stepsons, John Hoover, Clyde Hoover, and Ed Hoover; her brother Ray Gene Talley of Texas; six grandchild­ren and six great grandchild­ren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 17, 2020 in the Chapel of Bailey Funeral Home. Private interment will be in the Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR
