NOTICE OF PASSING MORRIS H. MCKINNON
Morris H. McKinnon age 88 of Parkers Chapel passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at his residence. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Bailey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church on the Haynesville Hwy.

Johnny Thomas Groves, 69, of El Dorado, AR; died on Saturday, April 3, 2021.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. today at Murmil Baptist Church with Rev. Sye Duke officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

DEAN A. ARMER
Dean A. Armer, 63, of El Dorado passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at UMAS in Little Rock.
Born December 24, 1957, he was the son of John P. and Betty Parker Armer who preceded him in death. Dean was previous owner of Armer Body Shop in El Dorado. He was a long time member of Champagnolle Masonic Lodge #768. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Armer and his sister, Mary Armer Richey.
Survivors include his son, John Allen Armer, a nephew, Bubba Sartor (Sarah) and children, Faith, Madison and Bryce and a niece, Chasity Lee (Mark) and children, Lauren Brown and Jayce Lane.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Young’s.

EDWARD L. LANGSTON
Edward L. Langston, 74, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Timberlane Health & Rehabilitation in El Dorado. He was born on August 7, 1946, in El Dorado to Carl William and Mildred L. Swan Langston.
Edward was a Funeral Director/Embalmer for over 30 years having earned his lifetime license. In 1991, he opened Ed Langston Monument Co. and continued working the business until his sudden illness on February 5, 2021.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years Joan Peters Langston; two sisters, Cara Jeane Langston and Connie Parker and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Lori Owens for her loving care of her uncle. Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Perry’s Funeral Chapels with Dr. T. R. Ramey officiating.
