Paula Diann Smith Yocum ran pain-free into the presence of Jesus and her beloved husband, ‘Scotty’, on July 1, 2022.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. tonight in the Hanna Building at First United Methodist Church of El Dorado.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the church with Rev. David Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

On Sunday, July 3, 2022, at 5:55 a.m., God called his servant Mary Ewing from labor to rest.
Mary loved her family, her husband and her children were her life.
Mary was born on February

Pierce, an only child.
She met the love of her life,
Cleo Ewing. She was a member of Jerusalem Quinn Baptist
Church.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents’ Sam & Leatha

MARY ANN WADE MEEKS
Mary Ann Wade Meeks was born on October 27, 1951, in El Dorado, Arkansas, and was the youngest of ten children born to the late Felix Wade, Jr. and Rosie Wade-Collier. She departed this life on July 2, 2022, at Timberlane Nursing home.
After moving back to El Dorado, she met the love of her life, her husband James Earl Meeks and to that union, a baby boy was born name, Myron LaRun Meeks.
Mary Ann is preceded in death by her husband James Meeks, son Myron Meeks, parents Felix and Rosie Wade, brother Felix Wade I, sister Ida B. Watkins and two siblings that passed away after birth.
She leaves to cherish her memories two grandsons Reggie Meeks, and Shamecio Meeks: and a granddaughter Shabreka Meeks. Two grandchildren Jakaylen Meeks-Moody, and Aidan Meeks; two brothers James Wade, and Felix Wade II of Junction City, Arkansas; three sisters, Flossie WadeStewart; Margie Wade and Mary Wade-Hayes both; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
