Raymond Michael “Mike” Phillips, 73 of El Dorado passed away at Baptist Health in Little Rock Monday, February 13, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. today in Young’s Chapel with Michael Nolan officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
