DALE WENDELL HAYDEN
Dale Wendell Hayden, age 75, passed from this life Sunday, June 4, 2023, at his home in Junction City. Dale was born June 9, 1947 in Amite, Louisiana to the late Jesse and Louise Hayden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Michael Hayden; and step-son Roy Adcock.
Those left to cherish his memory include: his loving wife of 11 year June Gray Hayden; one son Gregory Dale Hayden and his wife April; one daughter Kimberly Hayden Aldridge and her husband John; two step-daughters Jessica Evans and her husband Chris, and Carol Crawford; thirteen grandchildren Corey, Grant, Hayden, Scott, Kathryn, Annaleigh, Austin, Hannah, Cayne, Jacob, Jordan, Christopher, Michael; two sisters Debra Santora and her husband Charles, and Kathy Currier and her husband Tommy; sister-in-law Brenda Hayden; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Perry’s Funeral Chapel in El Dorado, AR. A gathering of friends will be held from 1:00pm until time of service at the funeral home.
DONALD RICHARD THURMON
Donald Richard Thurmon, 78, of El Dorado, AR made his final salute on May 31, 2023 at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA
He was born on May 31, 1945 in Lillie, LA to Donald and Floyce Thurmon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ronnie Thurmon and Wyane Thurmon, daughter, Cynthia Thurmon Easley, nephew, Brian Solley, and sister-inlaw, Marie Thurmon.
Donald loved his wife and family very much. He enjoyed camping and watching drag racing. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired floor installer and former welder.
Survivors include his best friend and wife of 16 years, Cindy Thurmon, sons, E.T. Thurmon and wife Miranda of El Dorado, Jason Crenshaw and wife Lori of Nashville, TN, Justin Crenshaw and wife Holly of Springfield, TN, daughter, Michele Thurmon of Monroe, LA three brothers, Jerry Thurmon of Conroe, TX, Jimmy Thurmon and wife Tracy of Crystal Beach, TX. Bobby Thurmon and wife Kim of Strong, one sister, Peggy Thurmon Solley of Winnie, TX, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Hargett officiating. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
