“Edge of Tomorrow” (2014)

Live, die, repeat in 2014’s critically acclaimed sci-fi action thriller “Edge of Tomorrow,” when it debuts on Hulu Tuesday, Nov. 7. Based on the Japanese light novel “All You Need Is Kill” by Hiroshi Sakurazaka, the film follows Maj. William Cage (Tom Cruise, “Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One,” 2023) as he is forced to fight off an invasion by an alien race known as Mimics. Due to his limited combat experience, Cage is quickly taken out by the alien threat. However, death isn’t the end for Cage as he must relive the day of the invasion until he can find a solution. Joining Cage on this perilous mission is Sgt. Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt, “A Quiet Place,” 2018), a celebrated war hero. In addition to Cruise and Blunt, “Edge of Tomorrow” also stars Bill Paxton (“Aliens,” 1986), Brendan Gleeson (“The Banshees of Inisherin,” 2022), Noah Taylor (“Almost Famous,” 2000), Jonas Armstrong (“Robin Hood”), Tony Way (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” 2011), Kick Gurry (“War Machine,” 2017), Charlotte Riley (“In the Heart of the Sea,” 2015), Franz Drameh (“Attack the Block,” 2011), Dragomir Mrsic (“Easy Money,” 2010), Masayoshi Haneda (“47 Ronin,” 2013) and Madeleine Mantock (“Into the Badlands”).

“The Croods Family Tree” - Season 8

DreamWork’s prehistoric families of the Croods and the Bettermans are back for another season of misadventures in the eighth season of “The Croods: Family Tree,” premiering Thursday, Nov. 9, on Hulu. There is no rest for these kooky families as Season 8 takes them from exploring the depths of the ocean in a submarine and creating an experimental hair growth formula to fighting off a strange-looking snake and competing in a tournament to determine the dominant species on the planet. Kiff VandenHeuvel (“Young Rock”), Amy Landecker (“Transparent”), Ally Dixon (“Them”), AJ Locascio (“Voltron: Legendary Defender”), Artemis Pebdani (“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”), Dee Bradley Baker (“American Dad!”), Darin Brooks (“The Bold and the Beautiful”), Matthew Waterson (“Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia”), Amy Rosoff (“Flashforward”) and Abby Trott (“Shaman King”) all return to voice the two families.
