Services for Dianne Michelle Jones, 62, of El Dorado, AR will be held today with a visitation at Young’s Funeral Home at 10a.m. and the service to follow at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

FULL OBITUATIES PEGGY DISON THURMON
Peggy Dison Thurmon, 82, of Spearsville, LA, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at her home surrounded by her devoted family.
Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Onita Tucker Dison, father Adrian (Jake) Dison and stepmother, Helen Webb Dison; mother and father-in-law, Ernest and Earline Thurmon; and sister-in-law, Jeanette Dison. Peggy is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, David Thurmon, children, John Ford Jr. (Tammie), James Ford (Stefanie); Susan Stringer (Bobby) and Wayne Jackson (Margaret); brothers, David Dison (Anita), Adrian Dison (Christy), Roy Dison (Thalia), and Willard Dison; brother-in-law, Dennis Thurmon (Dawn); sister-in-law, Kay Nesbitt (Larry); seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, her special uncle and aunt, Jimmy Tucker (Martha), her loving Kitty Baby and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Peggy will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will always be remembered for her selfless and compassionate heart. She was an excellent cook who loved feeding her relatives, friends and church family. She enjoyed working her crossword puzzles, playing Solitaire on her Kindle, sewing, feeding her hummingbirds, tending to her plants and flowers and brushing Kitty Baby. She was an active member of Blanchard Springs Baptist Church in Junction City, AR.
Visitation will be held at Blanchard Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Blanchard Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Wallace officiating. Interment will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery in Spearsville, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.

JACQUELINE KILOGRE
Jacqueline Kilgore, 91 of Little Rock died Sunday February 25, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born August 24, 1932 at Oil Trough, AR, she was a daughter of the late Osier Goodman and Buna Roberson Goodman. She was a certified nurse anesthetist and she owned and operated several nursing homes for 60 years.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John Kilgore, two sons, John Kilgore, Jr. and Joel Deen Kilgore; a daughter, Jett Kilgore; a sister, Jimmie Henson; mother and father-in-law, Roy and Minnie Vick Kilgore.
She is survived by her children, Janie Macdonald and her husband, Bruce of Benton, Jill Kilgore, Jeanie Kilgore, Joy Kilgore, all of Little Rock; Jocko Kilgore and wife Sara of San Luis Obispo, CA, Phillip Sliger of Little Rock, Bill Sliger and his wife Tiffany of Benton; eight grandchildren, JJ Chaidez, Casey Pettit, Zachary Payne, James Noah Kilgore, Bailey Kilgore, Jordan Kilgore, Olivia Sliger, Jonah Romine; four great-grandchildren, Isabel Chaidez, Mason Chaidez, Lily Payne, Zoey Payne; special friend Ron Collins; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
