REMINDER OF SERVICES
RICHARD ALLEN PAYNE
Richard Allen Payne, 49, of El Dorado, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at his home in his sleep.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Young’s.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024 in Young’s Chapel with Bro. Bill Odom officiating. Burial will follow at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Joe Meeks, Cameron Sweaza, Shane Davis, David Davis, Steven Wren, Wayne Hanry, Dylan Payne, and serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be Jimmy Victory.

OBITUARY DANNY PRICE
Danny Louis Price, 76, of Hinesville, GA, passed away on May 17, 2024. He was born on December 10, 1947, in Lillie, LA. A 23-year decorated Veteran of the United States Army having proudly served in both the Vietnam and Gulf War. He was a devoted husband, father, and “Opa” who was adored by all, including his beloved pup, Zoëy.
Danny was a simple yet oneof-a-kind man who cherished life and had a natural gift for storytelling. He found joy in reading newspapers and magazines, collecting various unique items, and embarking on road trips. He had a deep love for country music, turquoise, rodeos, and Western culture. Danny is survived by his wife, Christa Price, his children Tina Antonio, Melanie and Brian Sheridan, Michelle and Travis Kohlhof, Dewayne and Lillian Price, Jeffrey and Lauren Price, as well as his grandchildren Samuel Voorhees, Landon Price, Jason Kohlhof, Ella Price, Claire Price, and Dylan Price. He is also survived by his brother Pete Harrell and sister Donna Harrell.
He was preceded in death by his mother Louise Harrell, a brother George Kidd, and his son Danny Ray Price.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 2:00pm at Young’s Chapel, 508 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, AR 71730. Burial will follow at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery in Spearsville, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Joseph’s Indian School at give.stjo.org
