Chocolate-peanut butter yogurt is rich, decadent, and even healthy

Peanut butter-yogurt cups

8 ounces Greek-style plain yogurt (dairy or almond milk)

2 tablespoon­s PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or date syrup 2 tablespoon­s dark chocolate pieces Chopped peanuts, optional

whisk together yogurt, peanut butter powder, and syrup until silky smooth. Spoon into individual serving cups.

Place chocolate in a small microwavab­le dish and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Remove and stir until completely melted. Using the back of the spoon, spread a portion of chocolate over the top of each serving of yogurt. Cover from edge to edge. Refrigerat­e until chocolate hardens.

Break the chocolate shell with a spoon and dig in! Makes 2 servings (or 1, if you wish).
