Latest ploy an act of desperation by Biden

- — George Wright, Chico

My last letter posed that Biden has two options related to the United States’ inevitable defeat over Ukraine. Within a day that answer appeared:

Biden does not want a political settlement. This was indicated by the United States-orchestrated International Criminal Court’s warrant for the arrest of President Putin.

That ploy has two implications: First, it represents “regime change” strategy “Plan

B,” because “Plan A” has not worked. “Plan A” aimed to sacrifice Ukrainian lives in order to: 1.) weaken Russia, 2.) cause “regime change,” and, 3.) balkanize the country for Western economic super-exploitation. The assumption was that in provoking Russia to intervene into Ukraine a “Maiden-like” or an “intra-bureaucratic” coup would take place in Moscow, overthrowing Putin. Therefore, “Plan B” is designed to “legally” de-legitimize Putin where the “collective West” will not be able to deal with him as Russia’s head of state; while signaling to various Russian class/social layers that they must get ride of him if they want to survive.

Second, the ICC ploy is aimed to put a “monkey wrench” in the peace proposal to end the war China’s President Xi Jinping is expected to offer Zelensky this week when he visits Moscow. It is certain Putin will agree to that plan if Zelensky accepts it. However, the United States cannot accept a Russian victory, nor China successfully mediating an end to the war. Therefore, the ICC ploy is an act of desperation by Biden in his attempt to stop the inevitable emergent Eurasian-centric multi-polar world order.
