A night to remember

A few years back, I was lucky enough to learn that Cavalia would be in Las Vegas at the same time I planned to be there. What a wonderful night that turned out to be. I kept thinking one word in my head for the whole show--outstanding. Frédéric Pignon took horse training to a whole new level, and to see wonderful Templado and all the rest of the horses performing at liberty was breathtaking. Such a beautiful horse, and such a great rapport with Frédéric.

Although the “Letter to Templado” (EQUUS 446) was very moving, and caused some tears, it was really beautiful. After reading it, I went out to the barn to tell my two big guys that a wonderful cousin had passed. I think of him running, pain free, in a far-off pasture.
