Product: Fabric House Building

Description: Made of heavy polyethylene fabric over a triple-galvanized stainless steel frame, the new Fabric House Building from ClearSpan can serve as a riding arena, stable, storage shed or other farm structures. The building has a peaked roof and overhanging eaves, and its sidewalls are available in heights of 13 or 20 feet, with widths ranging from 25 to 85 feet and lengths from 60 to 200 feet. The white fabric, which has a ripstop weave that resists tearing, is breathable and allows for lots of natural light. Installation can be temporary or permanent. Each building comes with a 50-year warranty on the frame and a 20-year warranty on the fabric cover.

Price: ranges from $15,000 for the smallest building, up to about $140,000. In-house financing is available.
