Remembering Falcon Rowdy
After seeing the write-up of Johnny Demetris and EZD Falcon Rowdy (“Horses of the American Colonies,” Conformation Insights, EQUUS 468), I just wanted to add a few things.
I became friends with Johnny in the late ’60s, right before both of our colts were born on the same day. I lived on 12 acres in Chesapeake, Virginia, about five miles from a feed store, where I worked. Johnny lived about five miles away in a different direction.
