Old friends

Thank you, Cheryl Rivers, for “A Change of Heart” (True Tale, EQUUS 487). I read this at just the right time. After losing two horses, I am down to one gelding. I had been thinking about getting Curly some company, but after reading your story, I realized that my desire to get another horse is probably more about me than him---I had been thinking about getting an accomplished, totally finished horse.
