IF YOUR HORSE GETS LOOSE NEAR POPULATED AREAS

• Notify the police or sheriff’s department immediately, especially if there’s a possibility the horse could end up on busy streets or a highway.

• Ask people at any nearby farms—particularly if they have horses—to be on the lookout.
