breakfast

Veggie omelet Fold sautéed tomatoes, onions, spinach and green bell peppers into a three-egg omelet. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with a side salad.

snack

Chocolate mousse In bowl, whisk together 11⁄2 oz. of melted bitterswee­t chocolate with 1⁄3 cup of whipped cream. Refrigerat­e for 30 min. Serve with berries and shredded coconut.

lunch

Chicken lunch Serve a broiled chicken thigh over 1⁄2 cup of cauliflowe­r rice and green beans sautéed in 2 tsp. of ghee. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil. Garnish with parsley.

dinner

Bone broth soup Simmer carrots, celery, turnips and 3 oz. of chopped chicken in 1 cup of bone broth 20 min. Garnish with parsley. Serve with a side salad.
