Berry Patriotic White Chocolate Layer Cake

Red and blue jam transform a boxed cake mix into a festive treat perfect for honoring our brave heroes 1 (16.5 oz.) box white cake mix

2 (4 oz.) bars white chocolate, melted andcooled to room temp.

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

1⁄2 cup powdered sugar

2⁄3 cup blueberry jam

2⁄3 cup seedless strawberry jam

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Divide batter among 3 greased 9" cake pans. Bake 20 min. or until done. Let cool.

2 With electric mixer, beat next 3 ingredients 2 min. or until fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.

3 Place first cake layer on serving platter; spread with blueberry jam. Spread 3⁄4 cup frosting on underside of second cake layer and sandwich onto first layer. Repeat with raspberry jam and third cake layer. Coat sides and top of cake with remaining frosting. Arrange berries around top as desired.
