Dreamy Chocolate Custard

16 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

3 cups half-and-half

6 egg yolks

1⁄2 cup fresh blueberrie­s

1⁄2 cup fresh red currants

6 sprigs fresh mint

In pan over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips with 1 tsp. salt. Add half-and-half; let simmer 10 min. In bowl, whisk egg yolks until smooth; slowly whisk in 1⁄2 cup chocolate cream. Add egg mixture to pan; stir to combine. Let simmer 5 to 10 min. or until custard thickens. Divide evenly among 12 small ramekins; cover and chill 2 hrs. Garnish with blueberrie­s, red currants and mint.
