No-scrub trick to clean patio furniture

To get your wicker chairs and table gleaming before your summer kickoff barbecue, mix 1⁄4 cup of ammonia with 1 gallon of water and liberally spritz over the furniture. Let sit for 10 minutes, rinse with a hose and let air-dry. The ammonia will slip between the wicker’s crevices and its ionizing agents will dissolve dirt and mildew.
