Cherry-Lime Chiller

1⁄2 cup coconut water 1⁄2 cup cherry juice 1 lime, juiced

2 lemon slices 3 cherries, pitted

In ice-filled shaker, stir together coconut water, cherry juice and lime juice; strain into chilled pint glass. Garnish with lemon slices, cherries and mint, if desired. Makes 1 serving
