Italian String Bean & Tomato Toss

Fresh garlic and scallions give prepared Italian dressing a pop of brightness
11⁄2 lb. thin green beans, trimmed
2 Tbs. Italian dressing
1 cup diced tomatoes
1⁄4 cup minced onions
2 scallions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 In large saucepot over high heat, bring 3 qts. salted water to a boil. Add green beans; cook 3 min. or until beans are bright green and crisp-tender. Drain; rinse well under cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry with paper towel.
2 In bowl, toss beans with dressing, tomatoes, onions, scallions and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
