Mini Berry Cheesecake Trifles

Star garnishes made from storebought puff pastry dough give these parfaits a fancy finish sans the fuss
1 sheet frozen puff pastry,
like Pepperidge Farm
1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla
pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
at room temp.
8 oz. whipped topping
1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 cups chopped strawberries 1 pint blueberries
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Roll out puff pastry. Using a 1" star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet; bake 9 to 11 min. or until golden.
2 Prepare pudding mix as package directs. In processor, puree prepared pudding with cream cheese. Gently fold in whipped topping.
3 Divide crumbs evenly among 6 dessert glasses. Divide 1⁄3 filling over crumbs. Arrange strawberries over filling; repeat layering with remaining pudding and blueberries. Garnish with pastry stars and berries, if desired.
