Strawberry, Blueberry and Feta Crostinis

Short on time? Substitute storebough­t crostini or water crackers for the French bread

18 slices French bread

4 oz. feta cheese, cubed

3⁄4 cup diced strawberri­es

3⁄4 cup blueberrie­s

1⁄4 cup chopped basil

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Coat baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet. Coat lightly with cooking spray; season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake 5 min. Let cool.

2 In bowl, toss feta, strawberri­es, blueberrie­s, basil and lemon juice. Divide mixture evenly among crostini. Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves, if desired.
