For dull skin

Cucumber and honey

Cucumber’s vitamin C brightens skin and boosts collagen production while honey’s humectant properties moisturize for a dewy complexion. Plus, the chill of ice brings out a youthful, rosy flush. To do: Puree half a cucumber in a blender, then mix in 2 Tbs. of honey. Spoon the mix into an ice tray; freeze. Rub a cube onto the face for 1 minute, then massage the residue into skin for instant radiance. Repeat daily for a lasting glow.

For under-eye bags

Green tea

The caffeine in green tea constricts blood vessels and its anti-inflammatory flavonoids shrink puffiness—and this effect is enhanced by cold ice for instant results. To do: Steep 3 green tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes, then pour the tea into an ice tray; freeze overnight. As needed, gently rub a cube under each eye for 1 minute, then massage the leftover liquid into skin.

For age spots

Lemon and orange juice

The citric acid in lemons and oranges acts like a bleaching agent to help diminish sun-related spots. Plus, both fruits are rich in vitamin C, which promotes skin cell turnover for healthy skin. And rubbing cold ice onto the face can temporarily firm skin to lessen the look of wrinkles. To do: Mix 1⁄2 cup of lemon juice with 1⁄ cup of orange 2 juice and pour into an ice tray; freeze. Rub onto spots; rinse after 15 minutes. Repeat 2 to 3 times a week for results in 3 weeks.
