Your baking sheets have gotten a lot of use over the years—and they’ve got the rust and grime to show for it. To clean, fill your sink with hot water and add 1⁄ cup each of baking soda and vinegar.

Submerge the pan and let soak for 30 minutes; scrub with steel wool and rinse off. The baking soda and vinegar form a bubbly mix that loosens gunk, and vinegar’s acetic acid dissolves residue.
