No more pot boil-overs!

With all you’ve got going on as you prepare dinner for your family, it’s all too easy to forget about a pot cooking on the stove. The simple trick that will prevent messy boil-overs: Before you turn on the stove, rub a bit of butter or margarine on the inside of the pot, about an inch below the lip. Any bubbles that rise as the liquid heats up will dissolve as soon as they hit the grease.
