“I love television,” admits Sara. “For me, the best way to relieve stress and pamper myself is to give myself a little bit of alone time to binge-watch a TV show. It gets my mind off of whatever is stressful. Even if I can’t do it alone, I love to sit and watch TV with my kids.” What’s on her DVR: “With the family, we love Modern Family and The Office. When I’m alone, I like drama series like Bloodline, Broadchurc­h, Ray Donovan, The Affair and Billions.”
