Proof: Conscientiousness is contagious

You always put your best effort into your work, and research confirms that doing so makes your coworkers work harder. University of Georgia scientists analyzed stats from NBA athletes and found a “spillover” effect, in which diligent players upped everyone else’s game. For example, when these linchpins were part of the action, their teammates scored more points. Turns out their work ethic inspired those around them to do better.
