Veggie Pasta Pomodoro

3 medium zucchini 3 medium yellow squash 3 large carrots

8 cloves garlic, 1 Tbs. olive oil

tsp. red chili flakes 2 pints cherry tomatoes,

halved

1⁄2 cup fresh basil, chopped

With spiralizer or julienne peeler, cut vegetables into noodle-shaped pieces. In bowl, toss zucchini and squash with 2 tsp. salt; set aside. Place carrots on heatproof plate; cover and microwave 4 min. or until tender.
