1⁄2 cup flour

3 eggs, beaten

2 cups unsweet­ened finely shred­ded co­conut 2 lbs. shrimp, shelled

1 (14 oz.) can co­conut milk, chilled overnight

1 lime, juiced

1 Tbs. Worces­ter­shire sauce

Heat oven to 400°F. Place flour, eggs and shred­ded co­conut in 3 sep­a­rate bowls. Dredge shrimp in flour, then eggs, then co­conut. Spread on greased bak­ing sheet. Bake 5 min.; flip shrimp. Turn oven to broil. Broil 2 min. Spoon co­conut milk from can. With mixer, beat milk, 2 Tbs. lime juice and Worces­ter­shire. Serve with shrimp.
