This salad adds crunchy-cool con­trast to our rich and cheesy main. To make: In bowl, whisk

1⁄ cup olive oil, 3 Tbs. bal­samic

3 vine­gar, 1⁄ tsp. fresh dill and 1 Tbs.

2 Greek yo­gurt un­til smooth. Add 4 cups arugula, 1 sliced cu­cum­ber, 4 sliced radishes and 2 diced av­o­ca­dos; toss well to coat.
