First For Women - - Nutrition -

In a wide-ranging review of data, investigators from the American College of Cardiology explored whether popular health foods are just “hype”—or if these items are truly beneficial to cardiovascular health. Their findings suggest that coffee, black tea, green tea, mushrooms, legumes and fatty fish do indeed live up to their superfood status and are associated with a lower overall risk of cardiovascular mortality.
