Ginger Mocha Power-Up
1 cup strong, hot coffee 1 Tbs. cocoa powder 1 Tbs. ghee
2 Tbs. coconut milk
1⁄2 tsp. ground ginger In blender, purée all ingredients until frothy. Pour into heatproof mug. Garnish with additional cocoa powder and cinnamon stick, if desired.
