Getting more sleep is a common New Year’s resolution— and it’s easier than you think. Just place a calendar and pen on your nightstand and every time you go to bed early enough to log eight hours of Zzzs, put a check mark or smiley face on the date. University of Denver scientists say people who keep a clear visual record of their progress are 67% more likely to go to bed early—and three times more likely to wake up feeling rested and energized!
