TO DO: Stand with your feet together. Hold the band with both hands, about 6" apart, and extend your hands out in front of you. Step forward with your left foot and lower into a lunge. As you do, pull your right hand back toward your shoulder, then return to start. Do 10 reps, then switch sides.
