Remove a price tag

A surefire way to get a stubborn price sticker to come off the new serving platter you picked up at the mall: Cover the price tag with a strip of packing tape. Then grab one end of the tape and pull it off quickly, like you’re removing an adhesive bandage. When you tear off the tape, it will lift the price sticker off too. Genius!
