“I hate ex­er­cis­ing. I al­ways feel fab­u­lous when I fin­ish, but I have to re­ally push my­self to do it,” ad­mits Sela. “Two years ago, I got knocked down on set and ended up with a hair­line frac­ture in my hip. It was a rude awak­en­ing that showed me how vul­ner­a­ble we are in health and well-be­ing. It still both­ers me some­times, so that’s a daily re­minder to take care of my­self. Now I do Pi­lates and Gy­ro­ton­ics a few times a week to keep my spine healthy and re­lieve pres­sure on my joints.”
