“I hate exercising. I always feel fabulous when I finish, but I have to really push myself to do it,” admits Sela. “Two years ago, I got knocked down on set and ended up with a hairline fracture in my hip. It was a rude awakening that showed me how vulnerable we are in health and well-being. It still bothers me sometimes, so that’s a daily reminder to take care of myself. Now I do Pilates and Gyrotonics a few times a week to keep my spine healthy and relieve pressure on my joints.”
