Cinnamon Roasted Acorn Squash Wedges

1 large acorn squash
(about 2 lbs.,10 oz.), seeded 2 Tbs. maple syrup
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1⁄4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp. ground chipotle chile
pepper Ground chipotle chile pepper gives this side a wonderful smoky flavor—but regular chili powder works too!
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray. Cut squash into 3⁄4"-thick wedges; place in single layer on baking sheet. Roast 15 min.
2 In bowl, mix last 4 ingredients and
1⁄2 tsp. salt. Brush half of mixture over squash. Roast 10 min. Turn squash; brush with remaining mixture. Roast 15–20 min. or until tender and golden.
